What is Coaching?

Coaching is a guided conversation that helps you gain clarity, confidence, and new perspectives. It’s not about giving you ready-made answers, but about empowering you to discover your own. Unlike therapy, which focuses on healing the past, coaching is about moving forward. Together, we identify patterns, explore challenges, and unlock your potential so you can move forward with purpose and authenticity.

I don’t know which session to choose what should I do?

That’s completely normal. If you’re unsure, I recommend starting with a 60 minutes session, an email consult or booking a free discovery call. This will give you a sense of my approach and help you decide which session best fits your needs and goals.

How does a coaching session work?

Each session is tailored to you. We’ll start by clarifying what you want to focus on that day. Through open dialogue, reflective questions, and practical tools, we’ll work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and options. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and can take place online or in person (in Amsterdam and Rotterdam), depending on your preference.

How do I book a session?

Choose the coaching service that is the most appropriate to your current challenge. You will be asked to fill out a form with your availability. You can then pay directly online. Once the payment is received, I will contact you through email with a time slot for your appointment and an intake form to get more context regarding your current situation (this way you make the most out of the coaching time)
